"Nice jacket that meets expectations. At first I thought the material was a bit thin for the price range but it's actually pretty good for active use. Somewhat roomy for me, but that allows layering. Armpit zips are very useful. The hood design is functional but I'd prefer the option to remove the hood. I'd probably wear a small of that size was available."
"I have used this jacket in some pretty tough climate changes along the border of Idaho and Montana. This jacket has really done a great job when combined with the right base layers. I absolutely love the fit and feel! I was first a bit hesitant about it being too lightweight for the periods of glassing after walking long distances during wild fall temperature changes. It has not let me down thus far from 50 degree mornings to 25 degree evenings with decent winds."
"Fairly expensive fleece/jacket. I anticipated the water resistance to withstand a slight drizzle. I haven’t sat/hunted in it yet (august in MI), but walking around my property, it was soaked with in 20 minutes. Dries quick - I’ll give it that. The pockets and zippers are smooth and well placed. Armpit zippers are convenient. I doubt there’s much insulation in it. My anticipation was to utilize it as a shell over my down jacket in colder weather, but unless there’s no rain in the forecast, no bueno. I may return it…"
"Great soft shell. I bought a large and I’m 6’2” 185lbs. There’s perfect amount of room to layer a thinner down puffy underneath. Arm length is good for my long arms."
"This is my 2nd guide pro jacket that I’ve purchased. The quality of the fabric, seams, stitching and Velcro is of the highest quality. All the pockets are thought out nicely and sized well. The pit vents are a huge plus and directly air out your arms while layered under. I took this jacket on a hike up Mt. Whitney and it was solid. Blocked the wind, beaded snow and rain and kept me warm. Sometimes too warm! I could go to a single layer in 25-38 degrees no problem while hiking. Arms had plenty of room to move and not tight in the pits or underarms. Easy to layer under. It seems to run a bit big for a medium for me; a small is too tight in the arms and hard to layer with. The hood is large and stays out of the way until needed well. Big enough to fit a hat under and not be too tight or too wide. Highly recommend! It had zero damage from carrying a 50L backpack and abuse from granite rocks at high altitude."
"I do love this jacket, I didn’t understand it wasn’t waterproof though. I was walking through the woods and got a lot wetter than I expected. After rereading on the product I realize it was my fault and need to return it and get something else. It was however extremely comfortable, blocked wind fairly well, was very quiet against brush. And worked as advertised"

"Same great jacket with upland safety colors makes for the perfect outer layer for chasing ringnecks and other upland birds through the fall and winter. Can use a pro down Lt vest or jacket, other layers underneath for added warmth deep into the season."
