3DEFX+® ACTIVE INSULATION
Stop-and-go activity levels can cause a buildup of sweat, leaving you chilled when you’re stationary. To mitigate this issue, breathable 3DeFX+ active insulation evaporates moisture while you’re active. Its continuous insulating fibers eliminate the ends that poke through the fabric, allowing us to spec a quieter uncoated fabric, giving you the ideal insulating layer for active hunts.

QUIXDOWN® INSULATION
Traditional down had never been a viable option for mountain hunting, considering it loses all insulating properties when subjected to moisture. Not anymore. We treat each down cluster with DWR, so its impervious to moisture. We use the finest Eastern-European goose down and perfect it with proprietary techniques to a remarkable 850+ fill power and 95:5 down to feather ratio.

PRIMEFLEX® STRETCH FABRIC
Fabrics that get their stretch from as much as 10% elastane, spandex, and Lycra® materials are heavy, slow to dry, and don’t last. Primeflex fabrics solve the problem of restrictive clothing by utilizing a patented spiral yarn that allows the fabric to stretch and recover without using water-absorbing spandex. Primeflex fabrics are quick dry and offer durability, comfort, and stretch without the weight.

AIRMATRIX TECHNOLOGY®
While hunting in hot conditions: durability, concealment, and protection from the sun can’t be sacrificed to keep cool. To solve this challenge, the Tiburon series uses a durable and breathable AirMatrix Technology fabric that features UPF 40+ sun protection rating, and odor reducing technology. Tiburon keeps you comfortable, concealed, and protected in the hottest conditions.

NUYARN® MERINO WOOL
As good as traditional merino was, Nuyarn is better. Classic yarns twist fibers together for strength, which leaves ends poking out that can cause irritation. Nuyarn takes the twist out, and instead, lays fibers along the same orientation, so fabrics feel less prickly and more comfortable. By eliminating the spun yarn, we get merino wool that has more loft, stretch, and durability.

TORAIN® WATERPROOF
Busting through brush will shred delicate rain gear. Torain 3-Layer fabric features a durable stretch nylon face fabric and offers great tear strength. It’s crafted with a microporous hydrophobic membrane that breathes well during all levels of activity. Torain adds a revolutionary new seam tape that gives enhanced hydrolysis resistance for improved garment longevity.

DERMIZAX® WATERPROOF
Our Dermizax® membrane is completely windproof and waterproof and offers four-way stretch comfort while eliminating bulk and weight. Its smooth texture and lightweight configuration make Dermizax® up to four times more breathable than other waterproof fabrics, and the perfect choice for super-lightweight, waterproof, breathable gear.

WIND RESISTANT FLEECE
Blocking wind by adding extra layers adds unwanted weight and bulk. Our Wind Resistant Fleece Technology takes a new approach to blocking wind and eliminates the windproof membrane by utilizing a unique bonding technique between the face fabric and fleece backer. This trims weight and resists wind while also having exceptional breathability, stretch and soft next-to-skin feel.

KARUISHI FLEECE
Warmth doesn’t come at the price of added weight. Unlike ordinary fleece, Karuishi Fleece uses a 2-layer knit structure with a brushed fleece interior for more loft and better insulating properties, while the exterior is tightly woven for higher abrasion resistance. Features quiet ultra-fine polyester fibers for an ultra-soft feel with a hydrophobic nature that wicks moisture away from your skin.
