Poor zippers, key flawa

"Ok, not great. Zipper layout (many curves) is already causing zipper issues, I don't expect them to last a year with regular field use. Internal layout of pockets is great. External water pockets are small and will get stretched/busted quickly with regular size 1L bottles like a nalgene. Top compartment access is decent, but the inside zipper pouch of it is a poorly located (zipper requires top compartment to be fully flipped down and open, instead of easily being accessed with main zipper only partially open. Main material of pack has almost no water resistance, but the good tradeoff is it blends in well, and is quiet. Overall there are a few key things that keep it from being a good or great pack. I would not buy this one again now that I have it in my hands. KUIU tried unsuccessfully to reinvent features and layout that have been solved long ago in the name of looks."

Horrible/loud zippers

"The pack was exactly what I was looking for with a nice wide main compartment. But the zippers are loud and weak and hard to open and close on the main compartment corners . I’ve only used it a few times in the field and can’t even close zipper all the way. If I tug any harder ether the pull tabs or zipper teeth are gonna break. Not sure if I got a defective one or what but hopefully kuiu makes things right if it falls apart."

Solid choice for whitetail hunting

"Good bag, nice feel and finish. Just about the perfect size for whitetail sits. Love the enclosed strap and buckle for hanging it in a tree. Only complaints are the zippers are too loud and sometimes difficult to close if the bag is stuffed and there isn't a good way to add the rifle sling to the bag."

It can carry a bow with our Pack Bow Holder and a rifle with our Quick Draw Gun Holder, but the gun holder is unfortunately out of stock at this time
