Kuiu did it right with this pack

"I bought the icon6 3500 pack and I couldn’t be happier. I spent year running an exo gen3 pack and I could never get that thing to fit properly. That experience made me nervous buying the Kuiu, mainly because of I noticed that a large or tall frame is recommended for people that are 5’-10” to 6-6”. So instead of just going off the recommended size I called Kuiu, spoke to a rep and I got my correct size figured out. When the pack arrived I immediately noticed the quality and attention to detail they put into the pack. Definitely a quality piece of gear but I’d expect nothing less coming from Kuiu. They’re known for that. I put a 30lb bag of grain in my pack and spent about 30 minutes getting absolutely everything adjusted just the way I need it. I’m certain I was being too critical and once it’s completely broke it I’ll adjust again but after my last experience with a high end pack I wanted to do it right from the start. I’m telling you guys!! This pack is legit. The price point along with everything that’s included and the comfort is absolutely amazing. Kuiu nailed it!!"

"One of my hunting buddies had one a hunt earlier this year and he raved about it compared to his older one. He went over the key points that he liked compared to his other packs and it sold me. I have had it out a dozen or so times so far and it is perfect for use on an e-bike, hiking and not too big for a general daily pack but large enough to pack out my son's muley so far. So no complaints, works as good or better than advertised"

Great, Durable Pack

"This pack is great, durable, comfortable, and very functional. I recently used it on a two-day fishing trip and it held up perfectly. Icon 6 3500 Bag

"I bought the Icon 6 8200 full pack system. I then decided to get the 3500 bag for day hunts with the option to still pack out an elk quarter to camp. It did not disappoint. The bag still had plenty of room for my day hunt gear and the pockets are great for organizing. Extra layers, calls, knives, etc. Then after we got an elk down, taking out a hind quarter in load sling mode was a breeze. The bag in load sling mode still had plenty of room for my extra gear without the bulk or squishing it all into a tight space."

Q&A

Where can I go try one of these on? Are there any stores, other than Kuiu, that sell these packs?
We are a consumer direct company and are the only ones who sell our gear, but we do offer a 30 day return/ exchange window if you need to try sizes
I have an older full set of Icon Pro packs and my suspension is getting weathered. I’ve asked about getting a new suspension but was told about the redesign. I’d like to get the new Icon Pro 6 -3500 as it’s what I carry daily now. Sizing is the struggle for me. I am built like a gorilla being a life long athlete. Waist size is an issue in comparison to my shoulder width and muscle structure. I have a 34-36” waist in reality but a very wide back and shoulder structure. Looking at the L/XL for the waist, and the Tall for the frame. My issue now is the waist is really small on my original system and hard for me to reach the hip pouches… with my old worn out shoulders. Will I have an issue getting too large of a suspension and not being able to reach my pouches if I go too small due to my waist then issues with shoulder straps being too narrow for my muscular structure?
The L/XL suspension size should fit you great! If you do need to swap the sizes we do offer free exchanges within our 30 day window
I have a pro LT pack and frame, can these bags attach to the LT frame. Was looking at getting a smaller pack for shorter length hunts.
