"Best, most well thought out bag design I have ever used. It is large enough for any of my longest backpack hunts. Lots of built in compartments for gear organization. I bought this 8200 and the 4500 for shorter or day trips. Can’t be happier. The straps and suspension is really comfortable and I hauled a 75lbs pack in the mountains with no drama."
"I’ve updated my Icon Pro 3600 and 6000 to the Icon 6 4500 Divide and this 8200 bag. I have a hunt coming up in the NWT for 11 days along with 5-7 day spring bear. I loaded my old 6000 for a spring bear 5 night hunt with 8 liters of water plus water bladder and gear it was maxed out. Having the extra cubic inches will make these hunts easier to access my items in the pack. Don’t plan on carrying more items just was looking for more room. I believe this 8200 bag weighs 5oz more then the 6000 bag this was the final deciding factor in my purchase."
"The backpack is well thought of and designed,it feels very similar to my OSPREY AetherPlus 100 pack when I put it on. I know that when I choose to use it for a l9ng backpack trip, it will perform excellently. This backpack ROCKS and was well worth the money. Can't wait for a hunting trip with it!"
"I got the Icon 6 Frame system with the 8200 bag. The frame and suspension is very comfortable. I recently used it pack out an elk. It is very comfortable, quiet, and easy to adjust. I have researched this system for a while now and decided to get it based upon how much thought and detail went into it's design. The straps and buckles are very durable and easy to adjust. The way the shoulder straps and the lumbar support can adjust is very handy. The bag is very spacious. Lots of room for everything and the pockets are designed very well for organizing all your gear. Great for mountain hunting trips and hauling heavy loads. The most comfortable packing system I have ever used."
"Used in the field on a sheep hunt for 2 weeks, started out a 73#, this pack was outstanding, I could adjust to fit perfectly when fully loaded or when lightened up for a stalk. Was in all of the weather conditions and held up, no issues. Completely satisfied."

"Lots of packing space.. and held up packing hind quarters of a moose..also packed out an entire 6’10” black bear. Would like to see more loops for tie downs especially on the side of bag. Best pack I have used in 49 years of hunting Alaska back country."

"First trip was a 4 day elk hunt. I purchased the small frame, for a 32 inch waist. The pack fits well as was easy to adjust for comfort. I appreciate the pockets for a spotter and tripod, in particular when loaded for day hunts."
"Pack fits and wears great. After 6 day western Canada sheep hunt pack developed some small holes in one of the side pockets from 20-60x80 spotter arca swiss mount. Other than that I have had no issues so far. Maybe will have to keep spotter in another spot or just strap it to the exterior of the bag. Will see how the rest of the season goes."
