"Shirt arrived with a separated seam at the shoulder/sleeve juncture, about an inch long. I did not become aware of this until after I washed it and because I washed item it was deemed unreturnable by customer service. Who doesn’t wash clothing, especially shirts, when taken out of the package?? Anyways, it doesn’t appear that I will be refunded for the shirts. As a long time Kuiu customer I will reconsider my purchase of their items as quality has seemed to have lessened of late. There are certainly others who offer quality items and will stand by their products."
