The Women’s PRO Merino 200 Zip-T is sized as a mid-layer, yet it can be worn on its own in mild conditions or as a mid-layer cold weather. Designed for temperature regulation, odor control, and comfort, PRO Merino features a revolutionary layered structure with 17.5-micron Nuyarn Merino on the inside and hydrophobic eyelet polyester on the outside, woven together as one.

The inside Merino layer quickly absorbs body vapor and sweat while the outer Polyester layer wicks it away from your skin. Moisture is distributed throughout the eyelet construction to speed up the drying process and encourages airflow within the fabric.

This unrivaled moisture management is a mechanical process that won’t wash or wear out over time. The result is a fabric that absorbs, disperses, and evaporates moisture four-times faster than pure Merino or comparable weighted blends.

This mid-layer top is designed to go over a base layer and under an outer layer, all in the same size. Only upsize if you measure between sizes or prefer a loose fit.

Nuyarn Technology

As good as traditional merino was, Nuyarn is better. Classic yarns twist fibers together for strength, which leaves ends poking out that can cause irritation. Nuyarn takes the twist out, and instead, lays fibers along the same orientation, so fabrics feel less prickly and more comfortable. By eliminating the spun yarn, we get merino wool that has more loft, stretch, and durability.
