The Super Down PRO Jacket is purpose built for low-level activity when temperatures plunge. It's sized to fit over your mid-layers and is insulated with 4.7 oz of 850+FP Quixdown (Twice the down as ULTRA).

The outer 30D Stunner Stretch nylon fabric is heat-treated to keep the down from migrating through the fabric, eliminating the need for noisy down-proof coatings. The fabric is also treated with TORAY K-DWR to repel light rain and snow.

The jacket features pit-zips to help regulate your body heat. While closed, the zipper wind flap insulates against cold spots. Hook-and-loop closures on the cuffs let you adjust to your desired fit and prevent heat loss. The adjustable waist cinch cord is accessible from inside the hand pockets--allowing you to adjust without exposing your hands.

The jacket compresses and self-stows inside the zippered left-hand pocket for compact storage. It's so lightweight, you won't regret having it in your pack.

This insulated jacket is designed to layer over a base layer, mid-layer fleece, and an insulated mid-layer, all in the same size. Only upsize if you measure between sizes or prefer a loose fit.

QUIXDOWN BY TORAY

Traditional down is not a viable option for mountain hunting since it loses all insulating properties when exposed to moisture. Not anymore. We treat our down products with DWR, so its impervious to moisture. Starting with the best European goose down—it's cleaned, refined, and processed by Kawada Feather in Meiwa, Japan. Their proprietary techniques perfect the down to 850+ fill power and 95:5 down to feather ratio. Next, we treat the down with TORAY's DWR, so each individual down cluster keeps its insulating loft and heat retention even when wet.

K DWR® (KUIU DURABLE WATER RESISTANT)

Once a fabric is soaked, insulation and breathability are compromised. KUIU’s Durable Water Repellent (K-DWR) treatments bead and resist water, keeping it from penetrating the outer layer. This increased breathability and performance allow waterproof membranes to evaporate your sweat while blocking out moisture. K-DWR also enhances dry-time and protects from light rain or dew-soaked vegetation on non-waterproof products.
